Frequently asked questions
Do you have a question that we haven't answered here? We're always happy to chat. Send us a message or give us a call today.
Get in touchHow custom are your homes?
All our builds are fully customizable, from drawer pulls to the number of bedrooms. To simplify the design process, we do offer pre-made floor plans that can be modified to meet your needs, but you have the option to design your custom home from scratch if you prefer.
Do your homes come with a warranty?
Yes. Our homes are covered by:
- The Alberta Progressive Home Warranty Program
- Our own 1-year complete, door-to-door guarantee
We also work with homeowners to make claims under any warranty in their home, from furnaces to fridges. Because we have close relationships with our suppliers, we’ve found this helps our clients get better service during warranty claims.
What’s the timeline for on-site construction?
The design phase takes about 6 weeks, typically.
Once the design is finished and you’ve signed off, it takes about 8 months to build your custom home, depending on the size and the availability of contractors.
Where do you build homes?
We build custom homes throughout south-eastern Alberta, including Brooks, Medicine Hat, Taber, and Foremost.
